FAQ
What does the all-in delivered price include?
Factory price, China inland transport, export handling, international sea/air freight, cargo insurance, destination customs clearance and duties, last-mile delivery and on-site installation. It excludes styling accessories (art, plants, textiles).
What is the minimum order (MOQ)?
You can start from a single piece for samples. For a full container (FCL) we mix multiple brands and items in one consolidated shipment to lower your freight cost.
How long from order to delivery?
Sea freight is about 4–6 months door-to-door including production, air can shorten it to 2–3 months; stock items can ship in as fast as 45 days. Timing depends on the factory's production schedule.
Can you handle import customs in my country?
Yes. With our DDP option we manage export declaration, ocean/air freight, destination clearance, duties and delivery, so the goods arrive at your door cleared.
